Popped Down "˜just for a look' and ended up buying a new car. Mainly dealt with Luke but communication from jack was great also. Not at all pushy either. Lovely guys very patient with me as I had a few things to sort prior to sale. They made sure the car had full MOT in the 2 days notice I had given to pick up my new car (sorry guys). Any repairs needed I was reassured by both Jack and Luke I could bring it back and have it sorted.

I purchased a Volvo v40 from Jack at JDC vehicle sales in May. I found Jack to be genuine and helpful. I went to view the car on my own and Jack made it a straightforward experience and wasn't in anyway condescending to me as an independent woman. The car itself was in great condition. Absolutely top chap! My husband and I have been to a few garages where I've left feeling fed up after being treated like a woman who should know her limits and stick to the kitchen sink! Most sales men will only talk to my husband even though the car was for myself! What a refreshing change to go somewhere I was listened to, where I felt part of every conversation and where I felt comfortable and relaxed! I even left with a cracking car at a great price! Fair play, would definitely recommend!

Went to JDC to get my sisters first car. Jack was spot on, didn't pressure us, left us to it whilst she spent a good amount of time looking at the cars and getting insurance quotes etc. Decided on a little fiesta, collected it a week later once it had a new MOT & Service. Nice to have a local ish car dealer who actually does what they say they're going to do. Will no doubt be back in a year or two for her second car.

If you are like me and like to visit car garages without the salesmen breathing down your neck and look around pressure free then JDC is your place. I visited on a Sunday and made enquiries about a vehicle on the Tuesday, Jack was helpful and informative, very approachable. When the decision was made on which vehicle I was choosing it was all very straight forward, I was kept up to date with all progress and left comfortable and happy with the whole process. I honestly cannot recommend Jack who is essentially JDC Vehicle sales enough. Although he is a young man he offers a good old school customer service that I feel is lost in todays modern world! Well done Jack, I shall be recommending you to any friends or family that are looking for a new car.

JDC have been brilliant, after picking my car up and driving home (which is 50 miles away), the next day the engine management light came on, and the car had gone into limp mode, Jack told me to take it to a garage locally, and he would pay for the diagnostic. (Which he did). We came to an arrangement that if I got the car back to him he would fix the fault, and return it to me on a trailer, he had the car 5 days and it got delivered to me today. Its drives perfect and JDC have exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone, wish them all the best in the future! 👍

This was the most chilled buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. I saw the car on a Tuesday evening; went to see it again the next day with finance in place and Jack got the car an MoT the same day. I had originally sourced finance through the AA who didn't pay out in the end. Following that news, Jack immediately helped to find finance for me and made the whole problem as painless as he could. Best trade price around. Had a little issue withA/C not functioning which I should have checked worked before sale. Still Jack was marvelous and got it sorted no quibbles. I honestly can't fault JDC . Both lads were really helpful. Jack let us look at the car in our own time and applied no pressure to the sale. When we collected the car we got stuck in traffic and Jacks colleague stayed late to let us have a quick test drive and settle the payment. The car came with a new MOT and all works from the previous MOT were fixed. Jack also made sure that a small issue was fixed before we collected it too. A engine light did come on last week but again Jack was really helpful and asked us to bring it in so they could sort it. Fortunately it wasn't necessary but it was really nice to deal with a garage that's so helpful and I feel confident that if any problems arise in the next couple of weeks that I can get it sorted. Thank you for all your help. I'll definitely recommend you and come back next time I am looking. It is a lovely car!

I bought a car from JDC about a month ago now and I couldn't have better service. Within 3 weeks and the head gasket amongst other things had broken. Jack would have had no possible way of knowing about this issues at the point of sale. The RAC were only happy to pay £400 out of £1100 of damage in total but jack paid the difference no questions asked! Would highly recommend and I will be using them in the future.
